Raining on the Sun is the third anthology published by The Tropical Writers Group of Cairns, North Queensland, and follows the success of their first books ‘Between the Leaves’ and 'Mangoes on Fire'.
This anthology dives into the steamy atmosphere of the monsoon season in the Tropical North. Grab a brollie and experience a cyclone that sweeps through town, attend a sodden wedding, take a canoe trip down an engorged creek and get stranded in a rainforest retreat. You'll meet some interesting characters along the way, including an incorrigible beagle, a geriatric mouse and a boxing 'roo. Enjoy your journey!
Raining on the Sun features the unique voices and writing talent of 24 local writers who live in the farth north, from Babinda to Port Douglas.
